Revamp Online Shop to Boost Sales
Nowadays, online shopping doesn’t take place in just 1 device but happens in cross-devise; for example, shoppers surf at home with iPad, research the product with smartphone on the way and finally purchase the product with PC in office. Thus, it is important to provide a seamless and smooth cross-device customer experience to keep customers’ momentum.
BIC was appointed to revamp Essential Elements online shop; not only have it changed from a desktop version to a responsive version but also improved the page speed, web performance and simplified the check-out workflow.
